GOLDEN LESSONS

Till now I thought that if one has made oneself determined enough to perform beyond expectations in any particular field, one can easily compelled oneself against ones desires in any field. But unfortunately this is not so.Everything has its own limitations.

x

If one has a habbit of over thinking at any stage of life, one will found oneself helpless in most of the situations as only thoughts will be going to change but not the characteristic of brain in most cases.GOOD LUCK

Everyone has particular reasons to worry for ,whether he is a slave or a king.Everyone of us will be going to die dissatisfied.

Life will reward you for all your talent and after some time your talent will curse your life. This is a natural methodology used by life for balancing joy and sorrow e.g. overambitious ones.

Anyone could be extraordinary. But it will only be realized to those who give extraordinary focus. There might be many obscure talents in the graveyard.

A RICHER underprivileged class

Sudden elevation in standard of living, accumulation of wealth, feeling of a much better dignity, having food more than enough to feed family, interaction with upper class of society, has its own drawbacks apart from incredible benefits it has provided in order to create a sense   of equality which might be never going to exist at all.
This new richer class could now afford luxurious lifestyle which includes helpers at home and kitchen, automobiles in garage, higher bank balance etc.
The other aspect of this higher standard of living is that it is highly addicted. Due to this addiction, this newly developed richer class has forgotten its past and starts practising those evil practices which he has suffered a lot. One of those is slavery. Now he can’t imagine a day without helpers and can’t afford to lose them. Slowly slowly he likes bondage labours and feels proud to be called as SIR and MAM.

With higher standard of living they have changed their attitude toward lower section of society of which they were also a part sometimes before. Now they have considering those underprivileged one inferior to them and advised their children to keep a distance from them. Congrats, now they have started practicing untouchability.

With the interaction with higher classes, they have started considering themselves equal to those privileged ones and started approaching them in a friendly manner as if they have forgotten what had happened to their ancestors. Some of them have washed their brain to such an extent that they have started hiding their actual identity while interacting with strangers not because they are frightened as it was in the past but because they don’t want to be called what they actually are. Many have forgotten that those privileged one will never consider them as equal even if they rose above them in all aspects of living standard.

Even within the same category they  have started to differentiate among those who were once considered as one at the time of crisis.
With sudden accumulation of wealth and resources, it is hard for this new privileged class to manage it and hence the downfall has started. It seems the beginning and end of vicious cycle….

Under privileged – struggle – privileged- accumulation of resources – practicing unethical things – loss of resources and dignity – struggle – underprivileged

You can afford to forget the history but history cant forgets itself.

FAST FOOD (slow poison)

India in coming years might become the world's capital of obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular problems on the basis of present scenario. One of the major reasons is poor eating habits which includes high consumption of fast foods. Most of us are aware of this. But these days due to massive advertisement of fast food ,it is becoming difficult for us to control our appetite for fast foods. Worst part is it is almost impossible for parents to convince their children about its bad outcomes. It is not only in India but many other developed as well as developing nations are facing same problem.
In developing and underdeveloped countries the problem is rather more serious due to limited and expensive medical facility. Once you diagnosed with any such disease you have to bear the monetary burden which in most cases leads to miserable life. There are cases in western countries about fast food addiction, harmful and toxic chemicals used in fast foods, various health problems due to regular consumption including psychological disorders.
This is not good. It is like advertising porn and expecting that everybody is mature enough to think of its pros and cons. India needs regulations  for unethical advertisements. There are many things which are unethical apart from porn and illicit drugs.

W H Y

The answer to this is among one of those reasons due to which RESERVATION (on the basis of caste) is in our constitution.

The drafting committee, chaired by B. R. Ambedkar, presented a detailed draft constitution which was published for public discussion.

Dr. Sachchidananda Sinha (November 10, 1871- March 6, 1950) was an eminent and noted parliamentarian, educationist, lawyer and journalist of India. He was born in Arrah, in Bihar in a well-to-do Kayastha family. He did his study of Law at London to become a Barrister. He was a member of the Imperial Legislative Council from 1910 to 1920 and the Indian Legislative Assembly. He was Deputy President of the Assembly in 1921.He also held the office of the President in the Bihar and Orissa Legislative Council. He was appointed Executive Councillor and Finance Member of the Government of Bihar and Orissa, and, thus, was the first Indian who was ever appointed as a Finance Member of a Province.

Rajendra Prasad (About this sound listen (help·info); 3 December 1884 – 28 February 1963) was the first President of the Republic of India.Dr. Rajendra Prasad was elected as the president of assembly. An Indian political leader, lawyer by training, Prasad joined the Indian National Congress during the Indian independence movement and became a major leader from the region of Bihar.Rajendra Prasad[3] was a Kayastha Hindu and born in Zeradai, in the Siwan district of Bihar.

Harendra Coomar Mookerjee (1887–1956), also spelt as H.C. Mookherjee or H.C. Mukherjee or H.C. Mukerji or H.C. Mukerjee, was the Vice-president of the Constituent Assembly of India for drafting the Constitution of India before Partition of India, and the first Governor of West Bengal after India became a republic with partition into India and Pakistan.Born in Bengali family in the Bengal, he did MA, PhD, D.Litt, and was the first Indian to receive a Doctor of Philosophy degree (from the University of Calcutta).

Sir Benegal Narsing Rau, CIE, (26 February 1887 – 30 November 1953) was an Indian civil servant, jurist, diplomat and statesman known for his key role in drafting the Constitution of India. He was also India's representative to the United Nations Security Council from 1950 to 1952. His brothers were Governor of the Reserve Bank of India Benegal Rama Rau and journalist and politician B. Shiva Rao.One of the foremost Indian jurists of his time, Rau helped draft the constitutions of Burma in 1947 and India in 1950. Narsing Rau was born in Mangalore on 26 February 1887 in a family of intellectuals. His father Benegal Raghavendra Rau was an eminent doctor. Narsing Rau passed Matriculation in 1901 from the Canara High School, Mangalore, topping the list of students of the entire Madras Presidency. B. N. Rau was appointed as the Constitutional Adviser to the Constituent Assembly in formulating the Indian Constitution. He was responsible for the general structure of its democratic framework of the Constitution and prepared its initial draft in February 1948. This draft was debated, revised and finally adopted by the Constituent Assembly of India on 26 November 1949.He was brahmin.

13 December 1946: An 'Objective Resolution' was moved by Jawaharlal Nehru in the assembly, laying down the underlying principles of the constitution. It finally became the Preamble of the constitution.

With so many people involved in the making of constitution, and most of them have accepted it and had given their approval, than why when it comes to RESERVATION (on the basis of caste)as an act only one person is blamed?WHY?
Everyone was authorized to vote for or against it.If this section of constitution was denied by majority than obviously it would never be a part of it.
Since majority had approved it than why they are not among those who should be blamed for it.Why only one person?WHY?

RELATIVITY

Nothing is absolute but relative...

Envy, greed, pride these are among seven sins which are responsible for miserable life. The similarity in these three sins is that they are associated with relative availability of resources (materialistic in most cases) e.g in case of envy ,what makes one jealous is the availability of some particular resources to some other which is desperately demanded by him. And what he wants is simply some thing among all things which he doesn't have and thus begins the chain of insatiable desires.
Greed can also be supported by same arguments.
However pride has some different scenario. It is associated with immaturity and lack of broad mindness. What the person with pride thinks that he has something which many don't have(here many the majority of which he is a part) but what he is unable to realize is that in the same time he doesn't have many things which many other have.
We can broadly classify life in three parts- professional, personal and social. To be at top position in all spheres simultaneously at every time is exceptional. We have compromise some spheres in order to excel in some and that to for limited time.
Thus except exceptional one all of us have some compromised sphere and in that sphere many others are better than us. Thus being proudy in nature is just lack of maturity.

STRANGE PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS

The one may neither be stupid nor be strange.......one sadly might be unfortunate only

WALKING CORPSE SYNDROME

The sufferer might feel that he not alive or he has no more blood or he is zombie and thus immortal or he is going to die very soon.

AUTOPHAGIA

The sufferer use to enjoy hurting himself. Sometimes he get aroused by hurting himself and therefore during intercourse he might tell his partner to hurt him for excitement.

ABOULIA

It can be described as a loss of drive, expression, loss of behavior and speech output, slowing and prolonged speech latency, and reduction of spontaneous thought content ,lack of desire for lustfull activities and initiative.

NARCISSISM

Some dimensions of narcissism as a personality variable have been delineated: leadership/authority, superiority/arrogance, self-absorption/self-admiration, and exploitativeness/entitlement.In short one suffering from this might consider himself as a most powerful, most intelligent and flawless.

OCD

Obsessive–compulsive disorder is a mental disorder where people feel the need to check things repeatedly, perform certain routines repeatedly (called "rituals"), or have certain thoughts repeatedly. People are unable to control either the thoughts or the activities for more than a short period of time. Common activities include hand washing, counting of things, and checking to see if a door is locked.

COPROPHAGIA

It is a term which refers to consumption of faeces i.e. eating one's own poop. In dogs, while coprophagia appears to be purely behavioural, there are indeed numerous cases in which the victim of this disorder is human.

FALSE MEMORY SYNDROME

Ones mind would create memories that had never existed. The sufferer might have a best friend who is completely imaginary.

KLEPTOLAGNIA

The sufferer will become sexually excited just by steeling.

MADONNA WHORE COMPLEX

One's mind differentiates between love and lust to such an extend that one will not be able to have both the things from one person. One can either love or have lust but not both from same person. In some cases husband is not able to have sex with his wife just because he love him too much.

ALIEN HAND SYNDROME

One's hands will not follow ones instructions and thus get out of control. In some cases one's hand could even kill oneself or other even if one is sleeping.

BODY DYSMORPHIC DISORDER

PARANOID PERSONALITY DISORDER

One who is suffering from this becomes too suspicious on his surrounding that everything has got some reasons to distrust. In some case one may avoid entering in his bed room just because he thought that his family wants to kill him

DOOMS DAY

It may delayed or its sequence may be altered but it will unfortunately come anyhow....good luck

CROP

Since everyday is a new day for researchers and eventually they come out with innovative results. As i am in touch with agricultural practices therefore to some extend i can analyze what's going wrong in this area. Like humans other living things also have evolved e.g. bacteria, algae and also viruses. The most basic definition of evolution is that your survival in the worse situation has improved. In reference to bacteria and viruses it means that common practices which were earlier proved to be useful against them are no longer effective. This means that in order to get rid off from them we are bound to use harsher methods which definitely posses many side effects. Eventually a day will come when cost paid to tackle side effects will be more than the benefits we will be getting from it. That era will be a doom for agriculture.

HEALTH

From the above statements it can be said that in future probably the elite community on earth may not be humans. But first of all we must understand who are humans. Human is a biological framework in which majority of processes are due to synchronized coordination of bacteria which are known as useful bacteria. But on the contrary we have harmful bacteria also and viruses as well whose interaction with humans often results in complications as they interfere with the working of useful bacteria. Now we take medicines. Now we must understand what is a medicine. It is basically a chemical compound which has some biological effects that is necessary for our body.It is made by examining the effects of its compound when it get interacted with infected cells. But to see all biological performance we need high quality of research work which has its own limitations. The result is an effective medicine with  side effects. They are termed so as they are undesirable effects of medicine which is almost impossible to eliminate completely. Eventually we face a myth i.e. what we see as short term improvement is basically a long term downfall of health. After some time we might need extra medicines just to counter the side effects of the prescribed medications. Gradually our body fails to work properly even with medications. That phase will be doom for human health.

WEALTH

As it is clear from above statements that in future food and medications will definitely be going to expensive, this simply means that savings will be going to reduce in future. As far as economy is considered low savings with high inflation in essential commodities has devastating effects. They can lead to social tensions, corruption, illegal money hoarding, debt trap etc. In any of the above case ginni coefficient i.e. the difference of wealth between rich and poor, will increase. Gradually most of the middle class and lower class found themselves in debt trap as their earning will be less than their credit to high price of essential commodities.Eventually whole society will be classified into only two classes i.e. rich and poor. No middle class.Anarchy will be observed at most of the places. It can be controlled with proper plannings but due to scarcity of food, other essential commodities and health of course it will be very difficult or almost impossible as human can bear anything other than starving. This period will be doom for economy.

A book by the writer Thomas Paine, The Rights of Man, gave him further push to start a movement against prevailing social evils such as caste system, untochability, women’s pathetic condition, poor condition of peasants etc. Jyotiba was also actively involved in the emancipation of so-called lower castes and especially the Untouchables; in fact he was perhaps the first person who gave untouchables the name Dalit as signifying someone who is broken, depressed or exploited and is outside the so-called Varna system.

RESERVATION

It is bad for first person as far as he is not  getting any direct benefit from it......simply a lack of maturity..

No reservation is not fair. It hampers the law of equality. It reduces the growth. Although it was already existed in the past in the form of restricted Varna System but as it was wrong in the past so is in present. But as in the past it was practiced for stable society so it is in present. It can be simply consider as a law of change. Its beneficiary will support it while the rest will oppose it.Lets go back in history. What was done with reserved categories, can it be considered as fair. I mean who has given authority to some privileged communities to treat some underprivileged ones worse than animal. Who has given authority to some communities to decide whether weaker communities can  worship or can celebrate festivals or can go to schools or can wear clean cloths or can eat good food or at least can live like others. Well it is hard for privileged class to think how it feels, how it not only damages body but soul too, how it diminishes the spark of ambition of young ones. Well there can be many answers regarding caste based humiliation e.g. one can say that it is permitted by god (most rubbish) i.e. god wants some casts to be humiliated as it is a penalty for wrong doing in previous life, there can be many more rubbish and illogical answers. For people with these answers i will only say that many other communities around the world are performing much better without having any practices similar to untouchability in India....why their god is not punishing them and if you think that they are punished by god regularly then please tell me the meaning of punishment. At last i will say to those who agree with my points that there can be better options other than reservation for helping those underprivileged ones but there is a bitter truth that no land lord wants to plough his field himself. No one wants shortage of labors. And this is the root cause for the failure of other schemes. A country without reservations should have social and political equality i.e. just belonging to any particular community should not entitles anyone to become superior and vice versa too. Any country with this characteristics doesn't need any type of reservation policies. But to achieve this is not easy. If public support this view than superiority should not be community based. This is good. But now comes the third section i.e. economic equality. Due to decades of discriminatory practices there is a huge income disparity among privileged and underprivileged. Thus in order to finish caste based reservation apart from social and political equality economic equality is also a vital section. And this can only be achieved by redistribution of all movable and immovable property in per capita base or rather the share for underprivileged should be more with proper guidance so that they should aware of to how to manage them with fruitful outcomes and proper surveillance should be setup to check any sort of malpractices. After all they are same as a newly born child with respect to privileged society. All measures should be taken with this consideration only. Regular feedback should also be taken to check their development with respect to society. Than only one can hope a reservation free state. And this is definitely not a easy task. Every privileged one has to bleed in order to have a desirable future otherwise country will continue to bleed due to reservation.

HYPOCRISY

If honesty fails to begin at home it is probably hypocrisy that will...

As nothing is absolute so is of being zero percent hypocrite. Being slightly hypocrite is not problematic. It is considered as a advise. But everything has its limitations.Lets takes some examples.
We all know that Mahatma Gandhi ji, who is consider as father of our nation, was ill treated in South Africa because he was belonging to Indian race. It was highly condemned nation wide. The objection was logical. How can a man of letters could be discriminated on the ground of race to which he belongs. Right now if ask anyone about that incident, he will definitely opposes by giving above reasons but than if you ask him that if he consider racial discrimination such an evil practice and that race should not be a deciding factor for supremacy than why he is using fairness cream to look fairer. Although looking presentable and well dressed is a part of civilized society but looking fairer is just an involuntary action done by those who consider themselves inferior when they are less fair. Hence what they had condemned is same what they are appreciating now

Alcohol is one of the causes of miserable life style of the poor's, domestic violence, molestation and harassment etc..One must say that it should be banned. On one side government is imposing laws that the cover of cigarette should have pictorial warning and on the other hand for increasing the revenue they distribute license.

Cow is one of the animals which have the tendency to feed humans. It has been feeding the humans for the time immemorial. This is the prime reason of worshiping it.But what about other animals who have the same characteristics for which cow is worshiped  I'm talking about buffalo and goat. They are used in flesh trade. This is the point of disagreement to me.One side you are ready to kill anybody who has killed cow but on the other hand you are allowing to other animals to be sacrificed  which do have same characteristics as of cow for your greed.

Some communities were considered as untouchable due to their profession which was of removing the hides of dead animal. This practice was considered as anti religious  Although nobody wants to know who is using those hides and leather. For me the point of disagreement is if this profession was anti religious than why not leather is also consider as anti religious of same degree. Why drums bladder, which is made up of leather ,is used in temple but the creator of that drum was not allowed to enter. Why people don't consider the polish which is use to shine the metallic idols which has fats as anti religious. Why grease used in doors is not against religious ethics. Why people who have taken bath with soap are allowed to enter in temple when we know that soap has fatty acids (source is not mentioned i.e. whether it is from plant or animal although the cheapest source is animal).

ARGUMENT

Pen is mightier than sword and so is the argument...

The art of argument is one of the milestone in creating an influential personality. But there is a difference between discussion and argument. At some day of my life i realized that their is a psychological chain reaction that began when we open any discussion. Many of us just filled with jealousy when our arguments proved to be wrong in discussion. Than began the transformation of discussion into argument. Although it is not true for all arguments as some arguments are really designed to compel others that this argument is logically most stable. Here comes the trump card LOGIC. Logic is the feasibility of argument after analyzing domain and range of discussion. Domain implies to which field it is valid and range implies to what extend. For a good discussion it is necessary that each argument is valid in maximum domain to maximum extent. Here one can play with discussion if one don't wants to take back his words.Just analyze the extent of domain and range of the others and shift your interpretations to their weaker ones. It will make them helpless and than counter your statement , which you don't want to take back, by referring new interpretations. It with be sensed that you were not wrong but others have misinterpreted you. Be careful while doing this ,always support some logic of others also to make them cheerful,it will help you while accusing them of misinterpretation. But don't make this your habit.

CAUSE OR EFFECT

Change is the only thing which is constant...

Every time we use to hear about different sorts of war going around us like inter religious war, interstate war, civil war etc.. Initially our analysis is guided  by media which is of course to some extend is under the influence of the elite. In most of the cases we don't bothered to turn pages of history (of course because time is precious and it should be utilized first for survival) and blindly follow what we see and hear. But we all know that even our nitty gritty issues with neighborhood are not resolved in one day than how can war on national or international issues can be resolved in single episode. There must episodes with proper criticism. Let's take some examples.
At one time I was shocked to hear about six day war of Israel. I thought how can be any nation so cruel. It was after i had studied about Jews from the great exodus to the Nazi movement i realized that it was not a greed or showing off power but it was a fight of right and revenge ( i may be wrong as no source is absolutely perfect).
In another example I will discuss one of the most sensitive and most criticized topic of India i.e. reservations. We can always find ourselves surrounded by two communities. One will do constructive criticism while other destructive. Obviously there is a loss in suppressing the talent. But in order to get a complete picture one must try to study history  first. Than he will realize that it was meant for such a good purpose that the bill was passed unanimously in parliament. But it was for limited time period as it was assumed that its requirement will be vanished. But it is still practiced due to the reason that some assumptions went wrong due to either corruption or inadequate measures or both. Whatever be the reasons be but the country is suffering from this. Both unreserved and reserved category is suffering.
Thus superficial knowledge is not sufficient to justify any sort of aggression prevailing in the society. Obviously it is our duty to maintain harmony but to not blindly follow anything is our wisdom.

GLUTTON

Excess of everything is bad...

Let's take an e.g. of a glutton, what he does is that he unconsciously consumes more than enough food to such an extend that he becomes addicted of overeating. In initial phase most glutton people don't realize that they might will become addicted of overeating but eventually most of glutton end up this way. Their society especially their dear ones kept on advising them to eat only that much amount which is required by your body and can be easily metabolized and also must be careful to check the bad consequences of you diet and as soon as you realized any ill effect of your diet just switch to healthier options and also do fasting if required. But in most cases once you become addicted of overeating it is hard for you to resist the desire of eating more even though it has been proved harmful to you just because of its psychologically rewarding nature. This means every time you will realize that only overeating will make you happy in this world and nothing else. Than the vicious cycle of cause and effect starts which ends up with misery by causing either the psychological or social or both instability. No one wants to his dear ones in misery. Than a conservative or orthodox or precautionary thinking develops in the society i.e. prevention is better than cure. Since experience had made some people realized that to control the feelings of addiction is not easy for most of the addicted and thus someone should take the responsibility to have a check  on new generation as they are not mature enough to look beyond desires as they think they will not become addicted to their enjoyment and in the end only least are able to cope with it. Same arguments can be established in case of other sins especially LUST.
